What is the status of my order?

Thereafter, we will update you periodically on the status of your order through e-mail.


How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are processed within 2 - 4 days.


What are the procedures for cancelling my order(s)?
If you wish to cancel your order after the payment has been done, you should contact us immediately.
We will process your request and refund the amount within the next 24 hours.
However, if your order has been shipped, order cannot be canceled & would not be refunded.

Why don’t I receive a confirmation email after my PayPal payment is completed?

The confirmation email is sent to your primary email address or the email address that you have specified in the ‘PayPal Express Checkout’ screen.

In such scenarios, it is advisable that you contact our Customer Service representatives immediately for assistance.



Will I be able to add an item to an order which has been paid?

Yes, you can. However, you will need to add it before your order is packed for shipment.



What should I do if I do not receive my order number?

Firstly, you should ensure that emails sent by SareeLooks do not end up in your SPAM/JUNK folders.
If you do not receive emails from us despite adding us to your safe list, you should contact our Customer Service representatives immediately who will be able to assist you with your order number.
